One District, One Purpose, One Alpha in Tennessee
ABOUT

My vision is simple — build, empower, and elevate.
We will honor our past while pushing every chapter to thrive in its own community. Our college chapters will grow stronger, smarter, and more self-sufficient. We’ll reclaim and retain brothers by putting their passions to work. And we’ll protect our intake process by training with purpose, ensuring it reflects the true spirit of Alpha. Together, we’ll make the Tennessee District not just stronger — but unstoppable.

Three Clear, Powerful, and memorable Pillars!

I am honored to present my qualifications for the office of District Director for the Association of Tennessee Alphamen. My leadership, service, and professional expertise reflect the values and mission of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and position me to serve our district with excellence.

Within Alpha, I have been recognized for my commitment and impact, receiving the Tau Lambda Alpha Man of the Year Award (2021), the Tau Lambda President’s Award (2020), and serving in key roles including Head of Social Media, Website Developer, Graphic Designer, and Member of the Service Committee for the Tau Lambda Chapter. I also contribute to the Technology Committee for the Association of Tennessee Alphamen.

Beyond Alpha, I bring proven leadership and organizational skills from my professional and community engagements. As Director of Bookstore Operations for Mt. Zion Baptist Church, I successfully managed teams and operations. I served as the Grand Deputy Inspector General for the Grand Lodge of Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite Masons in Kentucky, demonstrating my ability to provide strategic oversight and leadership at a high organizational level. In addition, I have served as a National Board Member of the ASPIRE Employee Resource Group at McKesson, and I have received notable recognitions in business, including the Fireball Award and Rising Star Award from PlanNet Marketing in 2022.

My commitment to service extends into the wider community through active volunteerism. I have partnered with Goodwill and the local chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. during their “Stuff the Truck” campaign, supported the Second Harvest Food Bank, and for the past four years I have led efforts in the March for Babies Campaign, where this year we proudly led the entire Tennessee District in fundraising. These efforts underscore my dedication to servant leadership and building stronger communities through collective impact.

My dedication to service is demonstrated through volunteer efforts such as community food distribution during COVID-19, frequent blood donations for the Red Cross, and teaching in Children’s Church. I consistently apply my skills in technology, communications, and strategic planning to advance the work of Alpha and uplift our communities.

With this blend of fraternal service, professional achievement, and community involvement, I am prepared to lead, inspire, and strengthen the Association of Tennessee Alphamen as District Director.
